Our Telemaco Service allows us to have access to Chamber of commerce company registration, Business and Trade Registry, Protests and European Register.

For all businesses, the Standard Company Report and the Historical Company Report are always available. For corporations and partnerships, it is also possible to request the Current Company File and the Historical Company File, containing all information and documents filed with the Companies Register, such as articles of association, partnership agreements, and financial statements.

It is possible to access official records of protests regarding promissory notes and checks against individuals and legal entities, recorded throughout the country over the last five years. By name search, it is possible to obtain an official certificate (Protest Register Report) confirming whether a protest exists or not.

It is also possible, for example, to confirm a company’s registration with the Chamber of Commerce, review its main data, identify its legal representative and administrative directors, and assess eligibility for tax incentives or business financing.
